RAFFLE BY PUMA SE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Promoter: Promoter of the Raffle is PUMA Europe GmbH with registered address at PUMA Way 1, 91074 Herzogenaurach, Germany.
- Agreement to these Terms and Conditions: By participating in the Raffle, participant confirms to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: All participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry, have full legal capacity and must be residents of Germany. Employees of Promoter and Formula One Racing Teams or parties engaged in the conduct of the Raffle as well as any of their affiliated companies and their family members and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) of such employees are not eligible to enter or to win. Participant warrants that all information provided by participant in connection with the Raffle is true and correct. Promoter reserves the right to exclude or disqualify participants. Likewise, participants who use prohibited aids or otherwise gain advantage through manipulation can be excluded from participation in the Raffle or subsequently disqualified from participation. Participants who do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or who submit entries which are incomplete, incorrect, or fraudulent, will not be eligible to win.
- Raffle Period: The Raffle starts at 09:00 a.m., Central European Time on 16 December 2020, Central European Time.
- How to Enter: To enter the Raffle participants must purchase a (F1 TEAM NAME HERE) product on PUMA.com and sign up to the raffle by submitting the sign-up form. Each participant may enter the Raffle only once.
- Winner selection and notification: The winner (“Winner”) will be selected randomly by draw from all eligible entries received during the Raffle Period. The Winner will be notified via e-mail three (3) days after the end of the Raffle Period. If a notified Winner fails to respond within three (3) calendar days after the notification the Promoter is entitled to determine a subsequent Winner and award the prize to this person replacing the participant originally declared to be the Winner who shall have no longer the right to claim the prize. Unsuccessful participants will not be contacted.
- Prize: The Winners will receive (1) pair of (Mercedes Lewis Hamilton EXAMPLE) Speedcat PRO Limited Edition Driver Shoes with signed photocard. The Prize is non-transferable and can only be claimed personally by the Winner. Prize must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternatives or substitute prizes are available. Promoter may void/suspend/cancel or amend the Prize at its sole discretion in case the Prize cannot be provided due to reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
- Data Protection: Personal data are any information concerning the personal or material circumstances of an identified or identifiable individual. All personal data are subject to specific protection, which will be ensured by Promoter through technical and organisational measures in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Information on how personal data is processed when participating in this Raffle is made available for each Participant before entering this Raffle according to Art. 13, 14 GDPR. Information is furthermore available upon request at the Promoter.
- Social Media: Participants acknowledges that this Raffle is in no way Promoted, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Participant understands that Instagram has no liability for any portion of the Promotion and hereby agrees to release Instagram from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to participant’s participation in the Raffle
- Limitation of Liability, Disclaimer: The Promoter shall only be liable for damages in case of intent and gross negligence. However, in case of a breach of essential obligations the liability of the Promoter shall be limited to compensation of foreseeable damage typically arising. The liability of Promoter for damages arising from injury to life, body and health shall remain unaffected thereby. The Promoter reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at not notice and to terminate the raffle at any time with no notice and without giving any reason.
- Governing Law: This Raffle is governed by the laws of Germany.
