Need to return your PUMA order? Follow these easy steps.
1: Do you have an online account? You need one to log a return. Click below to create an account and sign in.
2A: You have 60 days from date of purchase to return an item.
2b: You will be refunded in full provided your item is in a resalable condition. Used items will be returned back to you.
2c: Please ensure you return your item with the original packing note inside the box
2d: Please Note That the above excludes the exchange of underwear & swimwear. These are non-return items & cannot be returned or exchanged so ensure you are purchasing the correct size.
2e: Manufacturing Defect Items, You can return an item that has a manufacturing defect for up to 6 months. Items will be inspected before any refund is issued.
3: EXCHANGES cannot unfortunately be requested online. You will need to either Return for a Refund, or you may Exchange in any one of our PUMA stores. See more details below.
4: PARGO, You can NOW select over 500+ Pargo points to drop your parcel off at. This option is available when requesting a return.
EXCHANGES to a PUMA Store
Contact your nearest PUMA store and inquire about a product exchange and stock availability, click HERE
You may exchange for another size (same colour) regardless what you paid online, OR, for another colour or product to the same value as what you paid online.
Ensure you have our original Order Confirmation that was sent to you via email, printed out when going to a PUMA store, or emailing it to the store. Ask for their details if you can't print it out.
You may request the value that you paid online to be put onto an instore credit note (MERCHANDISE RETURN CARD) for exchange of your item(s) which can only be redeemed in stores.
