Follow these easy steps. Request a Return (Please Note : underwear & facemasks may not be returned) Request a returns within 60 days of the order date, delivery fees are non-refundable. Click HERE Returns logged between Tuesday and Sunday will be collected the following Tuesday/Wednesday. Monday logged returns will be collected the same week, on a Tuesday/Wednesday. Package your return Place your item(s) into the original box and ensure you insert your original delivery note. Alternatively, write your P1000** Order number on the box. Refund processed Once your item(s) have been received, you will be refunded via the original payment method within 14 days once our warehouse has assessed your return as per our Return Policy. I can take 3-5 days for your return to make it's way back to our warehouse. THINGS TO KNOW 60 DAYS If your order was made more than 60 days ago, contact us for help with returns. Items must be unworn, in good condition, and be returned with their original packaging unless flawed or defective. We do not accept returns of socks, underwear, and water bottles. Flawed or defective products purchased online can be returned within 1 year of the order. Please ensure you keep your original order confirmation on email. We offer FREE Delivery & Returns Any items purchased in store must be returned back to the original store of purchase. We now offer Exchanges to any of our PUMA stores. Follow the below process for Exchanges. EXCHANGES to a PUMA Store Contact your nearest PUMA store and inquire about a product exchange and stock availability, click HERE You may exchange for another size (same colour) regardless what you paid online, OR, for another colour or product to the same value as what you paid online. Ensure you have our orginal INVOICE sent to you via email, printed out when going to a PUMA store, or emailing to the PUMA store once inside. Ask for their details if you can't print it out. You may request the value that you paid online to be put onto an instore credit note ( MERCHANDISE RETURN CARD) for exchange of your item(s) which can only be redeemed in stores.
