PUMA PROMOTIONAL COMPETITION

Terms and Conditions

1.     The Promoter

a.     The promoter of this competition is PUMA South Africa (“PUMA”).

2.     Competition Prize

a.     The prize consists of:

b.     1 x VIP match experience for one winner and one guest (+1) to attend the SPAR Netball Challenge at Ellis Park, Johannesburg, on Sunday, 1 February 2026; and Match tickets for the winner and their guest.

c.     The prize does not include transport, accommodation, meals, or any additional expenses (apart from VIP hospitality offered at the venue). The winner and their guest must be able to make their own way to and from the venue.

3.     Eligibility

a.     The competition is open to:

b.     Residents of Johannesburg or Gauteng, South Africa;

c.     Individuals 18 years or older at the time of entry;

d.     Individuals who are able to attend the match in person on 1 February 2026 and transport themselves to the venue.

e.     The competition is not open to shareholders, directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants of PUMA, or any organisation directly or indirectly involved in the organisation of this competition, including their immediate family members, life partners, or business partners

4.     Competition Period

a.     The competition opens on Thursday, 22 January 2026 at 10:00am and closes on Tuesday, 27 January 2026 at 10:00am.

b.     Entries received after the closing date and time will not be accepted.

5.     How to Enter

a.     To enter, participants must:

b.     Follow the participating athlete @tumi_mahlokoand @PUMASouthAfrica on the relevant social media platform;

c.     Comment on the competition post as instructed (e.g. tagging a friend and/or responding to the prompt provided).

d.     Any entries that do not comply with these requirements may be disqualified at PUMA’s discretion.

6.     Number of Entries

a.     There is no restriction on the number of entries. Participants may enter multiple times, provided each entry complies with these Terms and Conditions.

7.     Acceptance of Rules

a.     By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

8.     Winner Selection

a.     The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the competition period.

b.     PUMA’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9.     Winner Notification

a.     The winner will be notified via direct message from the official PUMA South Africa or athlete social media account within 24 hours of the competition closing.

10.                       Winner Verification

a.     The winner will be required to provide:

b.     Full name and surname

c.     Copy of Identification document

d.     Contact number

e.     Valid email address

f.       Proof of residence within Johannesburg or Gauteng (if requested)

11.                       Claiming the Prize

a.     Should the winner fail to respond within 24 hours of notification, or fail to provide the required information, PUMA reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner.

12.                       Prize Conditions

a.     The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

b.     The winner and their guest attend the event at their own risk and agree to adhere to all venue rules and regulations.

c.     The winner must reside in Gauteng

13.                       Publicity & Content Use

a.     By entering the competition, participants consent to PUMA using their name, image, and/or social media handle for promotional and marketing purposes related to this competition, without further compensation.

14.                       Changes or Cancellation

a.     PUMA reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel the competition or substitute the prize, in whole or in part, due to circumstances beyond its control.
